Calls for 2018 NRF and DAAD-NRF In Country Postgraduate Scholarships Opened
If you consider joining the Division of Biomedical Engineering as Master's or PhD student next year, then you should apply for the following postgraduate funding:
- NRF Freestanding, Innovation and Scarce Skills Development Fund Masters and Doctoral Scholarship
- DAAD-NRF In-Country Masters And Doctoral Scholarship Programme
UCT deadlines for applications are
- 7 July 2017 for NRF scholarships
- 14 July 2017 for DAAD-NRF scholarships
The applications require a research proposal. To prepare the proposal, please identify as soon as possible a potential supervisor in the research area of your interest on our staff page or research pages and discuss your interests with that person.
